10th Doctor suit pattern, pre-order discount!
Our new 10th Doctor suit pattern is now available for pre-order at a 10% discount!
This updated version is FAR superior to the previous (2016) version.
In fact, we've so heavily revised it that it's basically an entirely new pattern!
Updates include a much-improved fit and silhouette, additional sizing, and refined details.
We also adjusted the markings/guides to correspond to Magnoli Clothiers' updated replica fabric.
|
This new pattern includes both jacket AND trousers in men's sizes 34-52, and it can be used to make both the brown AND blue suits!
As always, we meticulously drafted it to be as faithful to the originals as possible.
Here's a little gallery of finished suits we made using this sewing pattern, pictured with various shirts and ties:
The pattern will begin shipping on Monday, March 18.
Pre-order and save 10%!

Based on a screen-used women's skant we examined, as well as photos of a screen-used men's skant, our pattern features authentic interior construction and double-zipper closures!
|
Also, like we did with the women's version (and just for the hell of it), we've also included a conceptual seasons 3-7 version of the skant, with the appropriate yoke and collar styles.
|
Both versions are included in men's sizes 34-52.
The pattern is printed on three large sheets and also includes a printed copy of text-only instructions.
Here are some examples of the uniforms you'll be able to make with this sewing pattern:

Sewing Pattern Tutorial CDs
Question for those of you who are interested in our sewing patterns!
As you're probably aware, with our sewing patterns, we include a CD with all of our in-depth PDF tutorials.
As you're probably aware, with our sewing patterns, we include a CD with all of our in-depth PDF tutorials.
Currently, our tutorial PDFs barely fit on a CD, but as we expand our existing ones to include women's examples/instructions and add additional tutorials to the library, they will no longer all fit.
The tutorial PDFs will, of course, continue to be freely available for public viewing/download, but we also understand the convenience of having all of them available on a CD.
We don't want to have two separate CDs for tutorials, nor do we want to switch to DVDRs (since the differing types may cause problems for those using Macs or PCs); however, we don't want to discontinue the tutorial CDs, either.
The question is, how would you like us to handle this moving forward? Obviously, a single CD with all of the tutorial PDFs would be ideal, but since this isn't possible, what's your ideal alternative?
